For the next 15 years starting 2010, FOTE are going to be walking for trees during the last week of November to coincide with the National Tree Planting Day (NTPD) on the first Saturday of December. The NTPD is the crowning moment of the tree planting season presided over by His Excellency. The sponsored walkathon bring walkers from different spheres of life. It is aimed at raising awareness and promoting tree planting.
